I need help in integrating Paypal to my form

I need help setting up paypal in my Application Fee Form please.

I checked your form and I can see that the PayPal Pro integration is not yet configured correctly. The API username, API password, and API signature are blank.

In the Form Builder, select the payment field and then click the Payment Settings button. After that, please complete the necessary fields.

I checked the form and I can see that the payment field is hidden. Please select the payment field and then click the "Click here to SHOW instead" text link. Here's a screen capture:
