Reveal hidden fields on edit

I have a form for parents to complete and submit.  After submission, I want to edit information in hidden fields (tuition rates, etc) and send back to parents to sign. 

Is there a way to do this?

Yes, there is an option called Clear hidden fields values that you can set for your form. You have three options:

Clear hidden fields basically will clear the values when a field as soon as it gets hidden. So even before submission, it's already empty. This can be used when there are other conditions that require the field to have different content. So with this option. The time that it becomes empty is upon the action of being hidden.

When a Clear on Submit is selected, the hidden fields will be cleared upon submission. Only visible fields on the form shall pass the information for the record.

Don't clear simply means even though the field is hidden when the form is submitted, it shall still submit the contents of a hidden field. Click on Settings then click on Show More Options.

Scroll down to the Clear Hidden Fields values option and then you can change to Don't Clear

I'm not sure this is what I need -

the work flow for my form would be:

1. Parent completes form with fields hidden

2. Administrator edits form, fills in hidden fields with unique information and unhides

3. Parent is allowed to edit the form with the new content revealed in a field that was previously hidden.

Alternately, I can leave the fields visible, and ask parents not to input any data, but I was trying to avoid that.
