Copying or creating an existing form

    Hi,

I would like to use the form in the screenshot can I copy and paste on to a blank template? What file can the logo be I tried JPEG and PNG and they didn't appear to work. Most of the templates have single entry, our entrants are sometimes part of a team so there may be 2 to four participants and we would like to have the registrations for each in one form. You have many templates if I can't copy this document to a blank template can you steer me to template that matches as close as possible to this one. Right now they can download a form like the screen shot, but we would like to have them register and pay at the same time as opposed to paying online and then having to download and complete the form and emailing, mailing or bringing to the event.

    Thank you,

    Raymond Hill

    Hi,

If you're new to JotForm, I recommend checking this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/2-How-to-Create-Your-First-Web-Form

I also recommend creating your form manually. Our Form Builder is easy to use and we are here to assist you if you get stuck or have questions creating your form.

What file can the logo be I tried JPEG and PNG and they didn't appear to work.

    - I recommend JPEG file for the logo image.

We would like to have them register and pay at the same time as opposed to paying online and then having to download and complete the form and emailing, mailing or bringing to the event.

    - You can create a Payment form without collecting payment online. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/460-How-to-Create-Payment-Form-with-Purchase-Order

    Hi,

Thank you for your quick response. Is

I have created a form from scratch, is there a way to move fields around like move the email address box next to the name and the postal zip code on the same line as the town and state. Is there a way reduce the space between the different categories to make the document smaller.

I’m sorry I was not clear about the purpose of this I want to be able to have them use Jot Form to register and link it with Square to pay at the same time. Right now they can pay online (Square), but they have to download the registration and send it in by mail, email or scan and send. I want this done all in one effort, Register and Pay online at the same time.

    Thank you,

Yes, you can drag the fields and place them wherever you wish.

Also, we can use the custom CSS code to reduce the space between categories. If you need any assistance with this, please open a new thread and provide more information.

You can also integrate your form with Square payment so the user can fill out the form and pay online at the same time.

    Thank you,

To embed the form on your webpage, you can use the iFrame embed code: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

Is there a way to change the type of box, in other words what information is required. I want them to be able to put in a name only. I used the email box as it was the only single box available, can I change it to require a name not an email, or can I add a box by creating one, or copy from another template?

I went through the Iframe and copied the code and then went to embed on the weebly site. Where do I past it, it says Iframe copied to clipboard byt I don’t see an option to paste on the website.

    Thank you
