Contact Form is not visible on webpage

    Hi, i designed a contact form that works in movil version, but not in computer.

    Please I need your help to correct this problem.

    I suppose you have a website created on a wordpress.com. Could you please embed your form with your webpage as explained in the following guide? https://www.jotform.com/help/299-How-to-Embed-a-Form-to-Wordpress-com

     Hi Ashton, i have made what guide says but the problem remains,,,, doesn´t work for laptop.. the button to enter doesn't appear and is not possible to have contact... In movil works very well

    I have inspected the source code of your page and found out that the form link is broken:

    Contact Form is not visible on webpage Image 10

    It should be:

    src="https://oembed.jotform.com/form/92483983198677"

    If you have access to your site's HTML code, please edit this property and replace it with the correct entry above.

    Or you can try re-embedding it again.

    I can see that my colleague has already inspected the source code of your page and found out that the form link is broken:

    Contact Form is not visible on webpage Image 10

    It should be:

    src="https://oembed.jotform.com/form/92483983198677"

    If you have access to your site's HTML code, please edit this property and replace it with the correct entry above.

    Or you can try re-embedding it again.

    Can you please confirm if this is still an issue after applying the above suggestion as well?
