Please i need a customer phone number to talk with one agent to help me out for paying for my premium account. i paid for a premium account and later i got a message from plimus saying my order is decline. what is happening, i need more space on my account.

I have made a search into our database based in your email address , it looks like you have not registered a free account with us yet, the system only showed me a guest account with no formd
Can you please tell me if you are using another information for the registration/payments?
