The print button works by sending a Javascript command "window.print()" to the browser, so it is actually your browser that does the printing, not the form itself. It means that only the elements that are visible on your browser window will be printed, therefore the collapsed parts cannot be printed because they are hidden or invisible.

There is only one way to have all parts of your form printed, and that is to remove the form collapse placeholders to make everything visible to the browser.

Hope you find this information useful. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.
