I keep getting charged for a subscription that I thought was cancelled in July. Am I supposed to come back here and do anything?

I have checked your account it seems you're in the Bronze monthly subscription. It seems you have cancelled your Bronze monthly subscription in PayPal today Sept 7, 2019.
I will process the subscription cancellation,account downgrade and refund for your recently renewed subscription.
