Hello
we are looking for a solution that automatically shrinks the images for the form. When a customer inserts images into the form, they always have more than 3 MB. For about 50 images, the form is too large and JotForm can no longer send this form.
do you have a solution?

Could you please let us know the For URL where are you are experiencing this issue. Are you experiencing this issue while downloading the PDF attachment via the PDF editor? There were changes in our File upload element in the PDF editor. Maybe this could be the cause that the PDF file is too large. Please confirm we will open a ticket to this so that our development team can check.
Thanks.

Unfortunately, we do not have an image compressor feature for the uploaded images. We only keep what was uploaded by the user.
There's actually a way to prevent that from happening in the first place. If you want huge images to be not accepted, you can limit your file upload field max file size. This way if the image exceeds the max file size limit, the file upload field would prompt an error.
Here's how to change the max file size limit of the file upload field https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit.
If you have any other questions, let us know.
Thanks.
