Submit button won't show up

    working on my famil event form and almost done except when I go to mode payment  --- if credit card payment is selected I want to show the PayPal amount and submit button to lead them to PayPal page for payment ..but the submit button will not show up.  If mode of payment selected this promised to pay on or before Sept 29 submit button shows up. Please help

    Upon checking your form, it seems that you already fixed the issue. When I select "Credit Card" or "I promise to pay" in Mode of Payment, the Submit button shows up.
