wiltshsAsked on September 8, 2019 at 5:35 PMI also note that Jotform has a Microsoft Flow connector and, since I'm an Office365 Business Premium customer, that would be preferable, but it looks like the Jotform connector is a "Premium" feature that's not included with the Flow that comes with Office365, so Zapier it is, I guess, at least for now.

JotForm should be available business accounts including Office 365, was JotForm not showing up in your end?
Example:
Could you please share a screenshot of what's shown in your end? https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Yes I see this. The problem seems to be that Jotform is a "Premium" Connector, and the version of Flow that comes with Microsoft Office Business Premium does not support Premium Connectors, so it's a paid upgrade. I'll contact Microsoft, since everything else I read seems to suggest that Bus Premium ought to have more features out of the box with it, at $250/year.

Yes, it seems Jotform is a "Premium" Connector. So, you will need to have a premium Microsoft Flow account. However, your JotForm account can be free.
