    Hi,

my client requires forms to collect private patient medical data in Australia.

They require this data to be stored entirely within Australia.

is this possible with your product ?

    Thanks, Clinton

Jotform data centers are located in the US(IOWA, Virginia) and EU(Germany, Frankfurt). If you are not in the EU region then the data will be stored in the US data center.

If my client was willing to pay for you to spin up a dedicated local Australian instance of secure aws, would you be willing to do that?

    thanks

Unfortunately, that is not possible. However, you can check our HIPAA Compliant Forms page which collects and manage sensitive patient information.
