Conditional Logic: Added email condition is removed/deleted automatically

    I have this form https://www.jotform.com/build/92511563915458. I am stuck with the logical condition.

    on the basis of score, there are three email auto-senders. the categories are 0-4, 5-9, 10-13, 14-16. when there is score more than 4, the submitter receives 2 responses, the concerned as well as the response made for the score 0-4. do someone help me in this regard?

    Upon checking, I noticed that you only have three email conditions on your form. Please note that the autoresponder is set to send an autoreply/email to the email provided in your email field. Since you have four autoresponders and one responder has no email condition, it will still send because there is no condition restricting it from sending.

    Please create another email condition for (14-16 POINTS) autoresponder in order for your email conditions to work properly.

    If the issue persists after doing that, please tell us what autoresponder is causing the issue so we can further check your form.

     I have tried many times:

    but the result is same as previous.

    I would have this response upon filling the form with score 13:

    but annoyingly getting this one as well which is for score 14-16:

    You can test my demo form (clone version of your form) here: https://form.jotform.com/92513671314958, simply enter your email address in the email field to receive the email/autoresponder.

    I tested it and it works as expected, please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Jherwin. I think something not working on my end. Let me know first if its the problem of having free accounts? Mine and clients both accounts are free. 

    If its not the case, please have a look:

    but the result is shocking while having the same logical conditions and I did not modified any one.

    Hello, 

    I apologize for the troubles. I just reviewed your form with ID: 92514648058463 and there seem to be only three conditions as shown in the image below:

    In the condition set above, there seems to be no condition to trigger the email template that is meant for scores above 14 (14-17). 

    You can try including the remaining condition that triggers this last email template as the email template is currently present in the email settings.

    Please, try to add the missing condition as shown in the image below:

    Look at this screenshot. one logical condition has deleted without any reason. and when I set the fourth, next time I open the browser, the lower in order get deleted. Absolutely exhausted.

    I missed the one logical condition every time. Why this is deleted by Jotform? — To clarify, when you create a condition and closed the browser, the condition you've created is deleted?

    I've tried this on my end, but I'm not able to replicate it. If you can replicate it, please capture your browser's console logs https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers and send it to us.

    To clarify, when you create a condition and closed the browser, the condition you've created is deleted?

    yes, everytime one condition is deleted which is at the bottom.

    I was able to replicate the issue when I tried to add the missing condition on this form: https://form.jotform.me/92514648058463.

    I have now elevated this issue to the next level support so that they can investigate the problem. We will notify you here and on your email at once when a status update is available.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, free users are limited to 3 conditional emails.

    When you add more than three email conditions, additional ones will be deleted.

    Hello again,

    Sometimes we face different bugs related to the conditions, I think they have escalated it because confused this with other related bugs.

    Also, these conditional email limits were recently pushed.

    To avoid future inconveniences, we will disable the add functionality and/or show an error message when adding more than three conditional emails on free users. Current case (deleting them after quitting/refreshing page) is not user-friendly.
