emails are not sending

    Good morning, we are having a problem managing the sending of emails from Jotform;
    When a form is filled in, it must send an email to an external address with the whole form filled in.
    This sending is not working properly lately, sometimes it sends sometimes it does not.
    Can you check if there are any problems for the form to send mail ?

    the required ID is : 4438340805621187025

    I did check our email logs and it seems the email for submission #4438340805621187025 was sent successfully. Please check the email log below:

    Please check the screenshot below of the submission email:

    Have you checked your SPAM folder already? Please check your SPAM folder and see if this email ended up there.

    Have you received the submission email for other submissions successfully?

    We've already checked in SPAM but we haven't found anything. This is just one example, other emails have not arrived in this period but I can not trace all the IDs.
    The problem is random, some are notified, others are not.
    We also have our mail manager check to see if they are blasted somewhere.

    If possible, can you please share the submission ID's that you're not receiving so that we can check?

    Checked your mail logs and the notification emails are sent to your email address.

    You may try whitelisting our email address by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

    You can also use your own SMTP in sending the notification emails.
