Not able to download the zip file

    Hi Jotform,


    I've created few submission of your feedback form templates. However I'm not able to download the zip after I choose "Download as PDF" option from the iOS app.

    I get the link in my email, but when I click I get the attached screenshot.

    Please help. Thank you.

    I have checked your account andyliu1210 and it seems the zip file download link is working at my end.

    Can you please check your account privacy settings and check if you have allowed to download the file uploads?

    Go to your account Settings>Privacy and uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files".

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

    The issue has been resolved. Thank you very much for the prompt assistance.


    PS: the screenshot you provided is from web portal of JotForm. It would be fantastic if you mentioned in the previous comment. It took me 5min to figure out that it's not part of the iOS app settings. Nevertheless you've been a great help. Thank you again.
