    Hello Jotform,

    We love Jotform!!

What is the maximum number of entries allowed in the widget: Dynamic Dropdowns?

The customization page just says, "Warning: Don’t add too many entries. If you have too many, your form might crash or stop working."

That is not specific enough to be helpful. For our current form, we would like to have 55 parents and 400 child options. For future forms, we might want more.

    What are the actual limits?

ALSO, are there other widgets that do the same thing or something similar, which we should consider?

    Thank you!
    Robert

    Hi Robert,

According to the old thread (2017), there is a 20,000 word limit for the Dynamic Dropdown. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1122432

If you want we can create a request to our developers so they check this further.

    We'll wait for your reply.
