I upgraded my plan but am still unable to create a new form

    I noticed that you had upgraded recently. I have cleared your Form Cache. Can you please try to create a form again?

    If the issue still persists, please try to clear cache, cookies and recent history in your browser and use different browser, if still not working?

    Please try to create a form again and apply the above simple fixes, if it is still not working.
