My conditions form isn't working and I don't know how to fix it.

I have 2 of the same questions on my form.  Both of them are asking if they want to add more medications.  If they say no, I want it to take them to the submit page.  But it's not doing it.  How can I make it do that??  

I have checked your form and you may use the Skip to a page condition to skip to your submit page when the user selects no.
