You can resize the dimension of the uploaded image/pictures of the Upload field using the PDF Editor.

When you select the uploaded image, you can see the drag handle tool that you can use to resize the image dimensions (w x h).

    Example:

After you have specified the dimensions of the image in the submission PDF report using the editor, all succeeding submission uploaded image will also now be resized to the same dimensions/size.

Here is a screencast video showing how to resize the uploaded image in the submissions PDF using the PDF editor.

Currently there is no option to resizing the image dimensions when using the Upload field on the live form.

The respondents will need to manually upload a resized image as instructed first if its required to have specific dimensions/size uploaded image.

An alternative upload field you can use is the Image Upload Preview widget. This widget have feature that will allow the respondents to preview the dimension size of the image that will be uploaded.
