Hello Jotform, I have been using your system since january and untill now I didn't really have any errors.
Though now I have a double error, and after searching your forum and even duplicating my form and refreshing online I still can't fix it.
error "form over quota"
Allthough I have not exceeded my maximum contacts and there are no uploads at all. Still, my form is not availlable on my website.
While I keep refreshing my website to see if I made some changes, my form becomes visible (only a few times) but when I fill it in to test it and press 'send' I see the error "form disabled". (after refreshing again it went back to error 1)
My form is not disabled, I have checked and double checked this.
My formlink is "http://form.jotformeu.com/form/30796699914373".
I am still a free member and considering to become paying member to add other forms in a new website. I prefer to work with jotform, please help.Page URL:

Thank you for using Jotform Support Forum.
The error you are receiving are notices that you have reached your account monthly submission limit. Upon checking your account, I was able to verify that you have received 10 SSL(secure)submission which is the monthly submission limit for secure submission for Free account holders.
Free accounts are entitled to have upto 100 non-secure and 10 secure submission each month which is also the limit. Please note that if you reach either 100 nonsecure or 10 secure submission limit, your account will automatically get disabled.
To have your form enabled, you will need to wait for the monthly submission reset but if waiting for the monthly submission reset is not an option for you, I would suggest upgrading to one of our paid plans instead.
If you need further assistance, please contact us again.

I have changed my form to a non secured form a few days ago and after I did that I recieved 2 more submissions.
But if I understand correctly you say that I can recieve 10 secured submissions OR 100 unsecured submissions, and not both?
Pricing does not really highlight this.

Yes that is correct, you can reach submission limit nonsecured 'OR' secured and not both. Unlike paid plans which has the same submission limit for nonsecured and secured, free accounts has different nonsecured and secured submission limit.
