How to fix the 404 error with attached PDF on returned forms?

    Hi, we are experiencing a 404 error with the attached pdf that people are returning to our jotform request.  Can you tell me how I can fix this please?

    I was able to download the PDF file titled "ledger Cullenbenbong" that you have shared above. I believe this could have been a temporary glitch. Please try and let us know if the issue is still persisting.
