Why the translation from Spanish to English for some questions is not being displayed as so in the final questionnaire?

    Dear IT Jotform support agent,

I´m translating a questionnaire from Spanish to English relying on your editing option (setting) and thus creating an optional dual version of it with and initial tab that allow the user to choose for either one.

So far, so good. The problem is that the full translation for some questions is not being displayed as so in the English version questionnaire; in other words, I made the language change in the editing section and when I get back to the questionnaire, it seems like no change has been recorded mostly for the content in columns. I refresh and refresh the page, but no change appears. Why is this happening? Is there something we can do? I send you two screenshots for the question 2.1 and second column still (in Spanish as you can see in the translated questionnaire -second screenshot).

Thank you so much for your support!

    Kind regards,

    Noel M. Muniz

I was unable to replicate any issues with the language conversion in your Form. The two language conversion seems to get correctly translated.

    The cache things worked!!!
    Thank you so much!!!
But now I´ve got just one format of question in some cases the system is
    not translating the column of the chart: P 7.5; 10.1 (b,c,d,e,f); 12.1
    (a,b,c); 13.1 (a,b,c,d, e, f, g); 14.7 (a,b). What can we do?
    I send you a screenshot.

    Hi @noel.muniz,

If you're referring to the Multi Visual widget, you can replace the Header text with its equivalent Spanish word:

Why the translation from Spanish to English for some questions is not being displayed as so in the final questionnaire? Image 10

But if you're referring to something else please let us know and provide a screenshot following this guide on How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum.
