downgrade and refund

    Hi,


    I have been billed for another month of Silver subscription, this is after I downgraded as soon as I took out the last subscription as I only needed it for a month.


    I have been onto my account and was still on silver so have downgraded again. This has happened a few times before so not sure if there is some error. Could i be refunded the last payment please.

    We've received confirmation from PayPal regarding the cancellation of your Silver monthly plan. I've now processed the refund for the last payment made. Please note that the refund could take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
