    Hello JotForm API team,

We are BAPI Connector team support. We support different connectors. Our customers create the flow using these connectors.

In our case customer uses the JotForm connector https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/jotform/
He created the following form: https://www.jotform.com/92265744561159
And customer created the flow specifiing in settings JotForm Id(92265744561159).
We catch the submits by webhooks mechanism.
Sometimes we don't catch any submissions.

Can I get a confirm that specified form sends all notifications (webhooks) to our APIM?
We suppose it worked three times and after that stopped.

    Thanks.

    Thank you for contacting us.

The data is supposed to be sent. Please make sure that the requests are not being blocked on your end. You may also add a test webhook ULR from https://webhook.site/ to make sure that we send the data.

Please refer to the guides below that provides you with more information about Webhooks.

    - How-to-Setup-a-Webhook-with-JotForm

    - Webhook-PHP-Script-Examples

Can you please confirm if this issue only happens for that specific form?

Thank you for your quickly response.

Yes, mainly, this issue happens only for that specific form. Customer has several JotForms. Not one.

Rest forms works as usually. But sometimes(very rarely), rest forms do not trigger webhook.

To clarify, the form 92265744561159 is under a sub-account or shared folder?

May we know who triggered the flow on the form is it the main account tomhoffman?

May we know if there are any errors in the flow when tested?

I have cleared your form cache for now.

Kindly test your form and let us know if the issue still remains.

    >>>To clarify, the form 92265744561159 is under a sub-account or shared folder?
I do not know definitly, I only know that our Customer created this form 92265744561159

    >>>May we know who triggered the flow on the form is it the main account tomhoffman?
Yes, I know his name is Tom.

     >>> May we know if there are any errors in the flow when tested?
No. Flow has not any errors. The Flow expected the your notification after the jotform submission. Flow was getting the notification three time, as mentioned the Customer and as we see in our logs, and after that flow have not been catching the new submissions.

    >>>Kindly test your form and let us know if the issue still remains.
Thanks. We will test it again.
