Last year I was able to call a phone number ands got help. perhaps now it is no longer available? Is phone support available if we are a paid user maybe?
My issue is that once a form is filled out and sent by the website visitor, we never see the notifications and it s set up properly.Page URL:

With regards to your issue, is this happening to all of your forms or just for a specific form? May have the form URL?
Have you tried using email@example.com as the Form Notification "Sender Email"? Please kindly try that;
