I can't find my questions. What is going on?

What is going on, all my questions have been erased, haven't received answers to questions........just what is going on????????????????????????? Is there anybody I can speak with on the phone this texting or e-mailing is just not working, I can't find anything out about situations.

Are your questions a part of a form or quiz? Please, provide the URL to the form or quiz to help us track it and find ways to help. Alternatively, you can provide the form ID or the URL to a page that the form was embedded so that we can find a way to support.
