I just cancelled with another company, and went thru a lot of trouble trying to figure out how to downgrade... there were no options in the "My account" settings to cancel or downgrade subscription... so I'm scared of going through that with another company.

Downgrading is easy as upgrading your account with us. We, the support team will also available in case you need help downgrading/upgrading your account.
To upgrade/downgrade your account, simply go to the Billing Section and select the plan you need.
e.g If you are a Free Account holder, you can click the Premium to Upgrade your account and if you are currently a Premium member and wants to downgrade from Free Account, you will then need to select the Free Account.

I love how fast you were at answering my question and helping me decide...
I am definitely considering it... just want to make sure everything is easy for me to use and that it will be worth it.
I do agree that it would be great if you had a package btween $10 and the $50 packages.. I can't afford the $50 a month
