Can't access thread, it says unauthorized access

Hi,

I had a private thread called "Answers not showing in downloaded submissions for matrix question". I got an email about a reply to the thread, but when I try to access it by clicking on the link in the email, I get an "unauthorized access" error even though I'm logged in. When I try to click "log in," it keeps looping back to the same page. Not sure what's going on.

When posting this question, it prompted me to log in to post and that seemed to fix the problem. Weird! Nevermind.

Whenever the thread is marked as Private, only the original poster and JotForm team can access the thread.

It could be some cache issue. When you encounter such error again, intentionally Logout on your JotForm session and log in again, you can then try to open the ticket.
