Good Morning,
I need to know what I am missing on my form. My customers are stating they cannot send payment. Can you please assist me?

Could you please share the URL of the form so we can check? I checked your form 92360960522152, it seems you have integrated the form with PayPal Checkout. The integration was set up correctly and the form is redirecting to the payment page without any issue.
Could you please what is the error you are getting? You may also share a screenshot with us.
