Does my jotform have to be connected to a Business Acct in order to work with Paypal?

I can see that you currently have a Free account. Even with a free account you are able to use PayPal integrations to receive payments, but you are limited to 10 payment submissions per month. Please refer to the following guide for detailed information on which PayPal integration to use and how to set it up on your form: PayPal-Forms.
