The fields in my form are not showing up in the emails

    When I send test emails from my JotForm, the details don't show up in the email.

    For example, when I type "test" into Field 2 ("Which date would you like to book?"), "test" does not appear when I receive the e-mail.

    Please help!

    The tag for that particular field is missing from your notification. As a matter of fact, the tags in the notification differ so drastically from the form's fields that I would suggest that a new notification be created. For details, please see Setting Up Email Notifications.
