Form does not work on apple devices if you use https on the form link. It does not show at all. This needs to be looked at on an actual apple device and not on a simulator. I want to sign up for the paid version for our company, but our test form so far is not functioning how we want it to be.

Hi Jamil!
I apologize for the inconvenience. I was able to replicate the issue you are experiencing - when the direct form URL is accessed via an iOS device, the form does not load. Please note that Import Fillable PDF Form is a beta feature and therefore some things might go askew before it is fully implemented. I would like to ensure you that regular forms work as expected on mobile devices. I will escalate this issue to our developers so that we can get this fixed. You will be notified via this thread of any updates. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

If the PDF form you were trying to import is not a fillable PDF form, then it will not be fillable also as online form when imported in the Form Builder.
The Form Builder must be able to recognize an existing input field in the PDF form you were trying to import for the form to be fillable also.

I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I am afraid you can only import a fillable PDF. If you accidentally uploaded a plain PDF file or document, you will be presented with the error message below saying the PDF file should be fillable.
