Why won't my forms appear?

I have created forms and embedded them on my clients website, however my client changed hosts yesterday and the jot forms don't show up even though the short code is still there.

I deleted the short code and re put the forms short code back in but it still does not show up.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

I have checked this URL: www.inlightphotobooths.com, I do not see any form embedded on this. Can you please confirm the form that you are trying to embed?

You can try to put the iFrame code of the form on the webpage. Here is a guide that will provide you with steps to get and embed iFrame code on the webpage:

    Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Please let us know if you are still having the same issue even after adding the iFrame code as well.

    Looking forward to your response.

Yes that's the problem, the forms are not showing up. I have attached a picture of the code behind the scenes so you can see where they are supposed to be.

This is on the social booth page, every page under photo booth section should have a jotform1568225365Missing Jotforms Screenshot 10

    Hi @InlightPB,

Have you tried to embed your form with the iFrame code that my colleague suggested?

    Waiting for your response.

    Thank you

I would like to avoid using iframe as I can't track form submission through google tags manager.

embedded has always worked for me and seems to be a function jotforms provides, is this no longer the case?

    Thanks
