Form being double filled

    Hi guys


    I have a problem with my form: NPS MENSAJERIA

    the survey is being from now and then double submitted by users on cellphone, I dont know whats the issue

    is there a way to block a user  from submitting for at least 5 minutes please

    Hi @yaroslavpaz!

    It appears that you have still not enabled the Unique Submission setting. To prevent multiple submissions on your form from mobile users, please follow this guide: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form and select the Check cookies and IP setting. If you are expecting your users to fill out the form multiple times, then I can suggest going through the process of creating a unique code for each respondent which will be checked before a respondent is able to submit again.
