Send email based upon the form field filled

Is there a way to use email logics, based on an answer from the form, to determine which email address the submission is sent to?

Yes, it is but will the conditional logic override the recipient emails in the email setting or will the email get sent to both the recipient emails and the one stated in the conditional logic? 

If Notifier or Autoresponder is sent conditionally, it will only be sent when a condition is met, otherwise it won't be sent at all.
