Delayed form email notifications

    I plan to use JotForm for a registration form that requires a file upload of a photo.  I have signed up for a trial and have been working with it. There is a delay in the response notification.

    I set the file upload size maximum to 5mb and it would not accept a file of 4.9.

    The emails are usually being sent without any delay on our end. The messages might be delayed or filtered by @comcast. You may try a different email recipient, and/or installing our Mobile Forms app to receive instant push notifications about new submissions.
