Inventory Widget Issue with the form

    My jot form is not working properly on my dash today.

    I was to send it out at noon - but when checking it on my computer and phone, sometimes it just spins around and says "cannot complete your request."  Please let me know what is up. It is already over an hour late, so I would appreciate a quick response.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    We have received several reports about the same experience as yours and escalated it to our developers.

    An update has been provided that the issue is now fixed, so it should work now as intended.
