Account over quota even though I have no submissions

    Hello!

    My account appears as over quota but there are no submissions: https://www.jotform.com/build/31367658167666/settings/conditions#preview

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. There is an "overlimit" status on your account which is causing this. I have fixed that. Your forms should now work again.

    It is working to my end. Can you check again? I have just cleared your forms cache.

    You can do this to your end too. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache.

    If that is not working for you, please edit the form and edit something and just undo it to re-save the form. That should also reactivate the form.
