Paypal Checkout integration not letting all my customers pay?

    Hello there.

    I am using the Paypal payment method (NOT the pro, invoicing, standard nor express. Just the one that says Paypal) but some of my customers are having an issue when they get to payment - it's not letting them pay. I don't know why this is.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused to your end.

    The payment tool that is labeled with 'Paypal' is our Paypal Checkout integration. You seem to have connected your Paypal account there already, but it is still not working. I get the below error message:

    The Paypal Checkout integration should work if you have a business Paypal account. If you have a personal one, it won't work and you need to use Paypal Standard from the list. To change, simply delete Paypal Checkout and add Paypal Standard. The product items are saved for you and they are automatically added when you switch. 

    If in case you have a business Paypal, disconnect the current account and re-authenticate it. To disconnect, click the Disconnect link as shown below.
