I am trying to encrypt my form, however, it asks me to provide a password

I am trying to encrypt my form, however, it asks me to provide a password before creating a key.I tried my account password but it says that is wrong.

I'm logged in to your JotForm account. Then i tried to enable encryption again but I coldn't solve this problem.

To be able to enable the form encryption, you will need to enter your JotForm account password. Please kindly try it again.

I am currently experiencing this challenge too! I just posted a similar question not too long ago. I even tried resetting my password before I posted the question. I just keeps telling me my password is wrong. Please advise. Thanks in advance!
