How to exclude conditional logic in printing?

I've tried searching this elsewhere but can't find it. I have 2 conditional logic questions, and they're working fine, but when I go to generate a pdf to print it, those 2 questions are printed at the very bottom of the form...which makes no sense.

What do I do to keep it where it is on the form and not print separately all the way at the bottom?

Could you please show us this two conditional logic you're referring to so we can check it on our end? Also, please tell us the URL of the form to which form this issue is related to.

    Hello!
So here is the form: https://form.jotform.com/92526334283155
And a copy of what happens when you generate a PDF is attached (scroll down to the last page to see it). I suppose I can just delete that final page in the PDF Editor...? I'm just not sure why it separates itself from the body of the pdf.
    Thank you,

I did check your from's PDF document and I am able to see the two questions in the last page. Please check the screenshot below:

Is this the problem you are having?

I have fixed this issue by deleting the page break filed in PDF document. Please test your form and see if the submission PDF is now displaying correctly.

Thank you, but no, it still isn't. Those conditional questions belong within the text of the document in the order where they are on the form. Sure, I can move the questions, but the point is why did they appear all the way at the bottom?
On the form we'll be sending to patients, those 2 conditional questions are not at the bottom of the form.
When I create other conditional questions, will they all appear at the bottom of the pdf?

To clarify, are you referring to the text element question?

In the PDF editor, the text element is considered a constant elements and they are not hidden using conditions.

You would have to manually remove them in your PDF document.

If this was not the field, can you please share a screenshot of the field that is showing in the PDF document?

No, the two conditional questions that I have on my form. When I opened the pdf report with my submission data, the 2 questions were automatically put at the very bottom of my report (and not where they fall on the form itself). In fact, it was put a new page as well. Someone there deleted the page break for me, but that doesn't solve my issue. The problem was with 2 questions showing up at the end in the first place.

It could have been a minor issue with the PDF document.

When a new PDF document is created, all fields are added and seldom, some fields may not be positioned correctly.

Usually creating a new PDF document would fix the issue or manually editing the PDF document to fix the field.

Kindly try adding a question with condition and let us know if the issue still remains.
