Hi,
I've integrated mail chimp with one of my forms and for some reason it will not submit the data to mail chimp despite the fact that it says the integration is complete and up and running.
I have followed all steps on this forum, including regenerating my api yet nothing has come through:

Hello,
Thanks for your patience. I have investigated your form and I was unable to replicate this issue. I cloned your form, integrated it with MailChimp and submission data was sent across instantly. See image below:
You can try reintegrating the form with MailChimp after clearing form cache. Try to follow the integration guide below:

Hi Thanks for the response,
I figured out that it was not working as I had some of the custom merge tag fields set to dropdown instead of text, so it wasn't syncing.

That's great to know. Yes, the field type is important for our integration to work. If it's a textbox, you should map it with our Short Text Entry field. If it is a dropdown, it should be mapped to our Dropdown field.
