Email notification on Jotform

once I create a joy form and a customer fills it out does it automatically come to my email

Yes. By default, an email notification will be created too when you create a form. You should be receiving an email when someone fills out and submit the form. Please note that the emails will be sent to the email address associated with the account by default. You can change that later in case you would like to use a different email address to receive the notifications.
