Picture Upload links return a 404 Error

I am helping a friend with her JotForm and when she tries to download a picture that is uploaded she is receiving a 404 error.  Her page is https://form.jotform.com/92436873022154

She could either log in to her JotForm account before accessing the links, or go to her account settings to uncheck that privacy setting: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
