Hi
I was receiving submitted registration forms in my inbox after the form was submitted.
However, I have had to change the form design and am no longer receiving the completed forms in my inbox.
Please let me know how to fix.

I have been checking your recipient email address and it seems to be receiving emails without issues, the email address is not in our bounce list either.
I would recommend you to try checking the spam/junk folder and see if the emails ended up there, if you continue experiencing the issue you may also whitelist our IP addresses, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
