Unable to view uploaded photo in email submission

    how come when client sends form back to me filled out, I cannot see the photo they uploaded???

    You will need to remain logged into your Jotform account to view the uploaded photos. This is due to the option below enabled in your account settings. 

    Go to this link in your account https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and check the Privacy section.


    You can disable this option and then you will not be seeing the error.
