Is there any way to include a Fillable PDF inside my form that can be attached as a separate document in my email notifications?

    Is there any way to include a Fillable PDF inside my form that can be attached as a separate document in my email notifications?  I did use the Widget "PDF Embedder" and uploaded a Fillable PDF (which JotForm accepted just fine), but this Widget does not provide me with a copy of the filled out document.

     

    Hope you can help.

    Is there any way to include a Fillable PDF inside my form that can be attached as a separate document in my email notifications? — PDF Embedder will only display a PDF document for your form users to read, examine or review. It doesn't actually submit the fillable PDF, but it is used for display purposes only.

    You cannot combine the submission of your form and fillable PDF. Your users have an option to download the PDF using PDF embedder and submit it using Adobe acrobat reader.

    If you want the fillable PDF to be included in the notification, it's only possible to add an attachment in autoresponse.
