Hi - I have 3 forms that capture files and are set up to upload those files to dropbox. This has worked for me for several weeks, but as of a few days ago, the files are no longer being transferred to dropbox, just the form text (as PDF). I have reset the integrations on Jotform and have confirmed that dropbox has space and is configured correctly. any ideas what could be causing this?

Hello Greg, the first thing I would like for you to try is removing the Dropbox Integration and then add it again to see if this helps to rebuild the integration. Try doing that first and if you continue having issues then please let us know so that we can investigate the problem further.

Care to explain why this happens KadeJM? Why should anyone have to do this? I am also having big problems with this and file uploads... have just submitted a separate query...
