Only one entry allowed

    Why is this happening? After trying to submit form ...It pops up another window saying sorry only one entry is allowed...How do i fix this?

    Hi @myurbanlex,

    Usually, that message pops up if you have the option Unique Submission set to check.

    So if it is set to Check cookies only or Check cookies and IP then it would limit multiple submissions from that same user or device.

    I checked your form: https://form.jotform.com/92523428195158 and saw it was set to No check.

    I did clone your form and did a few test submissions and was able to submit multiple times. I cleared your form cache as well on your account.

    Can you try please again and see if you still are getting that error?
