"The merchant's account is not able to process transactions" error displayed when submitting the form

    I am facing two issues:

    1- When a customer checks out using a credit card payment, the following message come up: Invalid Configuration - This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

    2- When a customer checks out using paypal, I receive the payment but the customer doesn't receive an email with the product. (It is a digital product that I sell).

    This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

    Generally, this error is displayed when the connected PayPal account is not a business account or not enabled with direct payments. We request you to check with PayPal support in this regard. 

    When a customer checks out using paypal, I receive the payment but the customer doesn't receive an email with the product. (It is a digital product that I sell).

    I see that the PDF file is already attached to the email autoresponder and should be sent to the email entered in the form. Could you try sending a test submission to the form and see if you are receiving the email with the attachment?
