Error embedding Jotform on my website

I have switched over to this way on doing my data input and so I urgently need this to be fixed to enable me to use this on my website. 

She used the code on your site to embed into our website.

I couldn't find the form source code in your website's source code. Please try it with iframe embed code first, this might fix the problem since the standalone form works perfectly fine. Let us know how it goes afterward.
